Luke holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and has 15 years’ experience working in a variety of engineering roles with a Leading European manufacturer of insulation products. He is responsible for liaising with our sister company Entrenco GmbH on System Design, Quality and Manufacturing efficiency.

Lead Fabrication Technician
Steve is a time served fitter/welder with over 40 years experience in the Fabrication sector and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of “making it in metal”.

Electrical & Instrumentation Technician
Daniel is a time served electrician with 15 years’ experience working on and off shore in complex and hazardous process environments both in Maintenance and Project roles.

Electrician
Sam is an 18th edition time served electrician with over 20 years installation experience. He has held many roles, most recently electrical supervisor for a HS2 project.

Welder Fabricator
Nvq level 4 in fabricating and welding with the tig mig and mma.
I have 14 years experience working 2 years with p.t. fabrications then 9 years with j.s.m engineering then 3 years with vantage engineering.

UK Service Manager
Martin has 20 year’s experience within in the Aviation Industry. The first 10 years being spent in the Royal Navy initially carrying out the Mechanical and Electrical servicing of helicopters before specialising in Avionic Systems. A varied role seeing management of major Avionic system overhauls to meeting often demanding deadlines of the squadron’s flying requirements with multiple aircraft both at RNAS Culdrose and within the Fleet. The last 10 years being responsible for the Service, Maintenance and Regulatory Compliance of all Navigational Aids used at Liverpool John Lennon, Doncaster Sheffield and Teesside International Airports.

CAD Specialist & Design Engineer
Terry is CAD Specialist and Design Engineer with 15 years experience in the Manufacturing, Renewable Energy and Oil & Gas Industries. Working as a Tier 1 subcontractor for Biogen he provides design services to projects across our portfolio of products

Paul has 35 years business experience in a range of Technological and Financial Companies. He started his career as a lecturer in Mathematics and Statistics at Dundee University before working on Mathematical Modeling of Oil Fields at IPEC. He subsequently worked in Finance where he became head of Global Arbitrage Trading at Salomon Brothers. In 2000 he founded the hedge fund Endeavour Capital LLP and also invests in a range of businesses from International Property to Renewable Energy Technologies.
