Biogen Systems Limited operate a 2,000 m2 manufacturing facility located at Thornton Science Park in Cheshire in the North West of England. The facility consists of

• A 60 m System Assembly line
• Welding and Fabrication Cells
• Electrical and Instrumentation Cells
• Gasifier assembly line
• Pipework and NDT test cells
• Shot Blast and Paint Bays
• Factory Acceptance and Test Bay including remote monitoring access for customers during “Hot Testing”.

Biogen export systems direct to continental Europe by road and Globally via ship via the Ports of Felixstowe, Southampton and Liverpool.

Biogen Systems are currently working towards ISO 9000 accreditation by 2022.
